It doesn't look like the App Store are taking things too seriously when it comes to categorising their Statement of Reasons. Also, with only 31,000 Statement or reasons, is this really all the content they've had to remove? Doesn't seem a lot when compared to Google Play with 1.7 million items removed.
Although Google play have also gone with the generica 'Scope of platform' category.
Surely there have been more than 196 attempts of scams and fraud on the App Store?
