How often must platforms publish transparency reports under the DSA?
Questions & Answer
All platforms in scope of the DSA must publish transparency reports at least once every 12 months.
Very Large Online Platforms and Search Engines may be required to publish more frequently, depending on regulatory guidance.
The goal is regular accountability without overwhelming smaller services. In practice, many larger platforms are moving to biannual or even quarterly reports to demonstrate good faith to both regulators and users.
